Mark Cusumano is a principal at FW and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 20 years experience in both warehousing and trucking.

He is a member of APICS, IWLA, Food Shippers of America, WERC and CSCMP. Mark currently serves on the board of the St. Louis Chapter of CSCMP and is currently a member of the St. Louis chapter of YPO.

Mark earned his MBA at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and his BSM at Tulane University.

Frank brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to FW in roles such as Operations Management, Inventory Control, Transportation Management, Freight Brokerage and Value Added Services. He gained much of his knowledge in leadership positions with a major national brand consumer packaged goods manufacturer. He was instrumental in outsourcing the logistics to Third Party Logistics, and has since worked in 3PL in handling and storage of food and bulk food ingredients as well as transportation brokerage.

Frank graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Production and Operations Management from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He has served as Village President (Mayor) of the Village of Worden since 2005 managing the city and its budget of more than a million dollars annually.

John Jr. is a principal at FW Warehousing and is responsible for sales and business development at the company. He has worked in the accounting, estimating and management departments and brings extensive experience in all facets of warehousing and fulfillment with more than 25 years in the business.

John has the knowledge and experience necessary to create a sensible budget for each project and to help every FW client accomplish their critical missions. His attention to detail and thoroughness truly sets John apart.

John received his MBA in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.

With more than 26 years of project management within logistics operations, Randy has extensive experience deploying, integrating and managing IT systems within the supply chain including WMS, LMS and OTM software within Oracle, SQL and AS400 platforms. 

Randy earned his Distribution Management Certification from SV University in Prairie, Minnesota. He also attended the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, School of Engineering.

Christine brings more than 20 years of management experience in retail and operations to her role as Customer Care Manager here at FW Warehousing.

Her background includes significant experience in strategic planning, competitive market positioning, retail growth and expansion, process improvement, employee development, vendor relations and customer acquisition and retention.

Christine takes great pride in her record of success in increasing team productivity, enhancing existing functional systems, generating increased profits and improving customer service.

Mike Cusumano is a principal at FW Warehousing and currently serves as the Safety & Compliance Officer. Throughout his 15 year history at FW Warehousing he has served as Warehouse Manager and Director of Trucking.  Mike currently serves as FW's ISO Representative.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from the school of Business.

He is a member of the St. Louis chapter of Entrepreneur Organization (EO), APICS and WERC.

Mike has more than 17 years of experience in operations leadership and facilities management. In addition, he brings a strong customer focus to his position here at FW, having had both sales/rental management and customer service management responsibilities in the various positions he has held throughout his career. His approach emphasizes relationship building, open communication and patience, whether in regards to training his staff or learning about his customers and understanding their needs in order to help craft solutions to boost their productivity and profitablility, while minimizing waste. 

Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with an Emphasis in Advertising from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Melissa brings more than 10 years of experience of Inventory Management and Procurement to FW Warehousing. She manages the inventory and cycle counts for FW Warehousing customers in the Missouri, Illinois and Indiana distribution centers.

Mary brings more than 9 years of experience as a senior accountant and special projects leader to her role at FW as our Accounting Manager. She has assisted in multiple accounting software migrations and worked with other departments assisting them with various projects and addressing their reporting needs and questions. She also takes great pride in her relationship building skills with both internal and external customers.

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Phyllis has been in the Accounting Department at FW since 2009. With over 20 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit and collections, customer services and payroll experience, Phyllis is a vital part of the FW process. Her extensive experience in office management, telecommunications and dispatching makes her a vital asset to the FW team.
